DESCRIPTION:Had a great conversation with Anna Frazzetto on the new episode of Past the Pitch. We covered a lot\, but one theme that matters to me is this: our industry loses too much potential by settling. \nWe settle in hiring.\nWe settle in development.\nWe settle in training.\nWe settle in what we expect people to become. \nThat is a problem\, because staffing is important work. Done right\, it changes lives. It helps people earn a living\, support families\, and move their careers forward. We also talked about where the industry is heading. I believe the people who will thrive are not the ones who stay transactional. They are the ones who become career agents\, relationship builders\, and trusted advisors who know how to use AI instead of being replaced by it. \nIf you work in staffing\, recruiting\, or sales leadership\, I think you’ll get something from this one.
